Free auto & mechanics tip: Fill, then confirm both nozzles (step 8 of 12 from "Wipers, Washer Fluid & Cabin Filter").
Open the reservoir. Pour until the fluid sits at the full line, or until you can see it ~2 cm from the lip if there is no line. Close the cap until it clicks. Ignition on, pull the washer stalk 2 seconds. You want two fans on the windshield, roughly at the wiper park area, not a dribble on the hood.
One nozzle dead: often a clogged jet or a hose popped off under the cowl — look before you buy a pump. Pump silent and no spray with a full bottle: fuse, then pump. That is a different job. You are done with fluid when both jets wet the glass and the bottle is closed.
You'll need
- Correct bottle
- Climate-right fluid
- Both nozzles spray
- Cap on
