By using Learnlyst, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

The service

Learnlyst provides access to digital courses via a monthly subscription ($9/month at time of writing). Content is for personal, non-commercial use unless we agree otherwise in writing.

Eligibility

You must be at least 16 years old to use Learnlyst. By creating an account, you confirm you meet this requirement.

Accounts

You are responsible for your account credentials. One account per person. Do not share login access or scrape, copy, or redistribute course content.

Subscription & billing

Subscriptions renew automatically each month at the then-current price unless canceled before the renewal date. By subscribing, you authorize recurring charges to your payment method. Manage billing from your account page or the Stripe customer portal. See our Refund Policy for cancellation and refund details.

Content disclaimer

Courses are for educational purposes only. We are not liable for outcomes from following instructions (e.g. financial, medical, mechanical, or pet care advice). Use judgment and consult qualified professionals when needed.

Termination

We may suspend accounts that violate these terms. You may cancel anytime; access continues until the end of the paid period.

Limitation of liability

The service is provided "as is." Our liability is limited to the amount you paid in the 12 months before a claim.

Governing law

These terms are governed by applicable law in the jurisdiction whereLearnlyst operates. Disputes will be resolved in good faith via support first; support@learnlyst.com.
