Learnlyst ("we", "us") operates learnlyst.com. This policy explains what we collect, how we use it, and your choices.

Who we are

Learnlyst is a digital subscription service providing online courses and educational content. Contact: support@learnlyst.com.

Information we collect

• Account data: email, name, and password (stored hashed) when you sign up.
• Preferences: category selections, email settings, and timezone.
• Payment data: processed by Stripe. We store subscription status and Stripe customer ID — not full card numbers.
• Usage data: pages visited, device type, and analytics if you accept cookies.
• Communications: emails we send (daily hacks, account notices) and delivery logs.

How we use it

• Provide access to your subscription and course library
• Send daily hack emails when you opt in
• Process payments and manage billing
• Improve the product and fix issues
• Send essential account-related communication (password reset, billing)

Marketing emails

Daily hack emails are enabled by default when you complete onboarding. You can turn them off in Settings or via the unsubscribe link in any email. Transactional emails (password reset, billing) are sent regardless of marketing preferences.

Cookies & analytics

We use cookies for session authentication. The Pinterest conversion tag loads in the site head on every page so we can measure Pinterest ads and build retargeting audiences. Signed-in emails are sent to Pinterest as a SHA-256 hash (Enhanced Match), not in plain text. With your consent, we also use Google Analytics 4 and Meta Pixel. You can accept or decline those non-essential cookies via the banner.

• Resend or AWS SES — transactional and marketing email
• Pinterest — ads conversion tracking and retargeting
• Google / Meta — analytics and advertising (with consent)

Data retention

Account data is kept while your account is active. After deletion, we remove personal data within 30 days except where retention is required for legal or billing purposes.

Your rights

You may request access, correction, or deletion of your account data by emailing support@learnlyst.com. EU/UK users may have additional rights under GDPR, including data portability and objection to processing. California residents may have rights under CCPA.

Children

Learnlyst is not intended for users under 16. We do not knowingly collect data from children.
