Refund Policy

We want you to be happy with Learnlyst. Here is how refunds and cancellations work.

Cancel anytime

You can cancel your subscription from your account billing page. After canceling, you keep full access until the end of your current billing period. No further charges after that.

7-day refund (first payment)

If this is your first subscription payment and you are not satisfied, email support@learnlyst.com within 7 days of that payment. We will review and issue a refund when appropriate.

Renewals

Subscription renewals are generally non-refundable. Cancel before your renewal date to avoid the next charge. See Terms of Service for billing details.

How to request

Email support@learnlyst.com from your account email with your request. Refunds are processed to the original payment method via Stripe and may take 5–10 business days to appear.
