Set spray bottle, vinegar, dish soap, baking soda, gloves, non-scratch sponge, two microfiber cloths, squeegee, toothbrush, and a small bucket on the floor outside the shower. Fill the spray bottle halfway with vinegar, add two drops of dish soap, top with equal parts water, and swirl — do not shake hard or you'll foam the bottle shut.
Hard water stains look like white chalk, cloudy haze, or crusty dots that do not wipe off with a dry towel. If a wet finger squeaks on the glass and leaves a clean streak, you're fighting minerals — not soap alone.
