'I don't have one' is a refuse.
Write 4–5 sentences: the pattern, a concrete miss (a count that ran long because you were in chat), the rule you use now, and that you still catch yourself. Then stop. Do not pivot into a brag. If they follow up, you have the calendar rule — you do not need a second monologue.
