Action is verbs you did, not 'we as a team'. For bay C12: 'I pulled 90 days of move transactions, walked the aisle with the lead, found the pallet behind a seasonal display, and wrote a two-step location check into the count SOP.' Result is a number plus a change: 'We booked $12,400 back into available stock the same day and the bay did not go false-empty on the next four counts.'
Do this for all six. Weak results ('it went better') get rewritten tonight. Ticket story: 'Cleared 40 tickets to zero in 3 weeks by batching vendor replies at 9:00 and 15:00 instead of living in the inbox.' If you cannot find a number, use time, volume, or error rate. No number means the story is not ready.
Pro tip: Action starts with I. If every sentence starts with we, the interviewer still does not know what you did.
