Keep 6, label the question each one covers — step 2 of 16 in Interview Answers That Land. Circle six. Kill the rest for this interview — they can live in a parking lot doc.

Free career skills tip: Keep 6, label the question each one covers (step 2 of 16 from "Interview Answers That Land").
Circle six. Kill the rest for this interview — they can live in a parking lot doc. Map them so you are not telling the vendor story four times: (1) inventory miss → problem-solving, (2) 36-hour vendor save → under pressure, (3) 40-ticket backlog → ownership, (4) warehouse lead vs scan step → conflict, (5) spreadsheet nobody used → failure, (6) why this posting → same-day vendor SLA language in the job ad matches story 2.
Write one line under each: Question this answers. If two stories answer the same question, drop the weaker number. You need coverage, not six versions of 'I work hard'. Put the six in a table. That table is the whole course until the scripts exist.
You'll need
- 10 raw bullets exist
- 6 kept, each mapped to a question type
- Every kept story has a number or a scale note
