Free career skills tip: Write 10 messy bullets from the actual job (step 1 of 16 from "Interview Answers That Land").

Set a 12-minute timer. Title the doc Ops coordinator — raw. Write what you actually did: cycle counts, receiving, vendor emails, ticket queues, shift handoff, the spreadsheet nobody opened. No adjectives. Example bullets that count: found $12,400 of stock sitting in bay C12 labeled empty; got 200 units of packing tape in 36 hours after the freight failed; closed a 40-ticket backlog in 3 weeks; argued with a warehouse lead who wanted to skip the scan; rolled a shared sheet that three people ignored; trained two temps on the receiving checklist in one afternoon.

If a bullet has no number, add scale in brackets: [team of 6], [~80 orders/day], [vendor lead time 5 days]. You are not writing the interview yet. You are making sure the raw material exists. Ten bullets. Ugly is fine.
